Corps Commander Expectations:

(CC's Name,)

This is an e-mail of what I expect of my Corps commanders.

Expectations of each of my Corps Commanders:

If one of my Corps officers seems not to be involved in the club as prescribed by our 4 month muster....and they do not respond to my e-mails....they will be replaced by another commander....and shuffled to the bottom.  I cannot have too many people at the top not being around.  If a Corps gets to be too small also....I may merge them if possible.  But as of right now the commands stay until otherwise.  I do expect my Corps commanders to be active and at least talk a little bit on the forum and work with new recruits, unless they are uncomfortable training.

If you solely wish to fight please let me know.  I already made a default website for your Corps.  Basically I expect you to be able to talk in the forum every now and then, be around to answer questions, and help new recruits in your Corps feel comfortable and welcome, and to be active.  Most of what we do, I end up doing.  But I may call on you at sometime to help with what you may be able to.

I need you to respond to this e-mail to tell me if you agree with these terms or not.  If not I will find a lesser command for you.

But I don't think that will be a problem these terms are quite light.

Any thoughts, questions?

Rgds,
Scott Ludwig

HQ Policy:

Sirs---there is a new policy when it comes to you making a Personal HQ (if you wish) and my running a Army Run HQ.  You can see what I mean by visiting the French HQ and going to look at a few of the Corps like Phil's V Corps.  There will be the link at the top for those who wish to make a page such as Mark and Phil have...and the standard "flag" link at the bottom will be the Army Run page.   This is to allow both cohesion in the site and personal autonomy.  As always the assigning of men to the units under your command is your choice.
